Guruji Maharaj's Sinhasan

आज मोरे आये हैं,

With the blessings of Guruji Maharaj, I had just moved into a new apartment in December 2019. Since the time I moved in I had decided that one of the rooms will be dedicated to Guruji Maharaj. I had looked at multiple apartments but one of them caught my attention as, in the daytime, it was filled with sunlight in all the rooms. And with Guruji's meher I finally selected this apartment. Interestingly, this was also the very first apartment that I had seen out of my entire list!

And I had always imagined this room with a beautiful comfortable chair for Guruji. Once I settled in the apartment I started searching for the chair on Amazon. I searched for various days but was unable to select any particular chair. I was constantly asking Guruji Maharaj to please select a chair for Himself!

Since I had to travel to India within the next ten days, I wanted to bring this chair (Sinhasan) for our dear Guruji Maharaj in the apartment and invite Maharaj to come and bless the apartment. The next day, finally, Guruji Maharaj helped me in deciding on a particular chair which I liked instantly- the only problem was the delivery date which was two days after the day of my travel to New Delhi! I kept thinking and then told Guruji that I am ordering this chair for You - please have it arrive before my travel! Hence, without putting a lot of thought into it, I ordered the chair and then started praying to Guruji Maharaj each day to help that chair get delivered before my travel.

January 10th, 2020, 4 days before my travel date, it was around noon time that I was feeling lazy and decided to take a quick nap. Within about ten minutes I was woken up by a strong sensation of someone tapping my shoulder and asking me to wake up and check who has come at the door. I also felt that there was another person in the room apart from myself! I was super scared as I was alone in the apartment and my first thought was somebody had broken into the apartment!

For a few seconds, I was completely frozen and was scared to look around. Finally, I sat down and realized that there was no one in the apartment. As I was getting up from the bed the doorbell buzzed. I got up to see who was it and found no one at the door. I looked through the balcony and saw a delivery truck leaving from the front of the building. In a matter of seconds, I realized that the chair must have arrived! I ran to the mailroom on the first floor of the building and to my surprise, the chair was indeed delivered! I had tears in my eyes looking at the box! Meanwhile, the Amazon application on my cell phone was still showing that the chair will be delivered four days later!

Words will never do any justice in verbalizing how I felt at that particular moment! Guruji Maharaj made me feel so special. Thank you Guruji Maharaj for coming into my apartment and accepting my invitation. Thank you for always showering Your love and care upon us. Only and only our Guruji Maharaj could have made it possible for that chair to be delivered that day. Till today the chair is beautifully placed in Guruji Maharaj's room and He comes to sit there. Such is our Guruji Maharaj's way of listening to us and making us feel special. I am eternally grateful to Him for accepting me as a student in his classroom. Guruji Maharaj, please always keep me near Your Lotus feet.
